Molly Mullin Verble is the Executive Director at The Kim Foundation. She is passionate about suicide prevention and equitable access to mental health services.

With the foundation since 2024, Molly has an extensive background in mental health and nonprofit management. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Marquette University and earned her Master’s in Education, specializing in Community and School Counseling, from Loyola University-Chicago. She is a graduate of Leadership Evanston, Revela Management Program, LeadDiversity, and the 2024 NAM Nonprofit Executive Institute.

Molly has over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience serving as a Program Director at the Youth Job Center of Evanston and Partnership 4 Kids in Omaha. Molly’s former nonprofit work focused on leading programming initiatives in areas of education and youth development.

As executive director, Molly oversees all fundraising and stewardship initiatives, strategic planning, and program management, while ensuring the foundation stays mission-focused by collaborating closely with the Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, attending live music shows and sporting events, and traveling on road trips.
