Bike with Mike

Bike or walk in a community celebration on the Wabash Trace, in honor of Mike Kutilek with the mission of raising awareness and resources for mental health.

$40 registration fee includes trail fee, t-shirt, lunch, and a swag bag. Bike or walk as much of the 10 mile trail as you please. Proceeds will directly support the integrated community health services provided by Community Alliance in Omaha.

EmPOWER Youth Summit

Featuring keynote speaker Emma Benoit, suicide attempt survivor and mental health advocate, along with local musician Jocelyn. 

The first annual EmPOWER Youth Summit, in partnership with Region 6 and the Metro Area Suicide Prevention Coalition, invites high school students together for a day of hope-filled education on mental wellness, social media and other topics – with the goal that students leave feeling better equipped to advocate for themselves and others.

Crisis Intervention Team Training Partners (CIP)

December 15th from 8:00am – 4:00pm
Christ Community Church: 404 S 108th Ave Omaha, NE 68154

1 day in-person workshop for any first responder or community member who interacts with a person in a mental health or substance abuse crisis. Training will focus on mental health topics, de-escalation, empathy-building exercises, and impact panels.
