Metro Area Suicide Prevention Coalition

The vision of the Metro Area Suicide Prevention Coalition (MASPC) is a resilient community dedicated to saving lives from suicide. Their mission is to inspire our community in preventing suicide and promoting resilience through conversation, education, support, and advocacy.

MASPC was established in May of 2016 as a collaborative effort between multiple behavioral health organizations, school districts, churches, survivors, law enforcement agencies, and community members. MASPC is an initiative lead by Region 6 Behavioral Health and The Kim Foundation.

The coalition meets the fourth Tuesday of every month (with the exception of no meetings in July or December) from 8:30am-10:00am. Meetings are open to the community.

Meetings are offered in a Hybrid format. If you are interested in getting involved with the Metro Area Suicide Prevention Coalition, please reach out to info@thekimfoundation.org.
