Welcome Back, Sidney Spencer!
The Kim Foundation is thrilled to welcome back Sidney Spencer, who returns to our team as the Director of Events and Stewardship. Many of you may remember Sidney from her previous role with the foundation, where she served as Outreach Coordinator and played a key role in our suicide prevention trainings, our many events, and community outreach. Since then, Sidney has expanded her expertise in the events field, most recently serving as an Event Sales Manager where she managed a wide range of events from corporate conferences to large-scale social gatherings. Her experience coordinating event logistics and ensuring seamless execution further strengthens her already impressive skillset.
In her new role as Director of Events and Stewardship, Sidney will oversee all of the foundation’s events and conferences while also leading our stewardship efforts. She will work closely with donors to cultivate meaningful relationships, express gratitude, and ensure they feel connected to the powerful impact their support makes in our community.
Sidney earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Midland University, where she spent four years as an Event Coordinator. She also brings past experience in behavioral health, having worked directly with youth and adults in care settings—fueling her passion for mental health awareness and ensuring individuals and families have access to vital resources.
We are truly ecstatic to have Sidney back on our team and cannot wait to see the energy, creativity, and heart she brings to this role.
Outside of work, Sidney enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Benji, who keeps life fun and full of adventures!
