Introducing Lisa

Lisa Rehwaldt-Alexander has joined Region V Systems as the Consumer Affairs Coordinator for the Region V area. Charged with various responsibilities Lisa shares that she is most excited about the focus her new role places on empowerment. Lisa’s background includes having received her master’s in Intercultural Relations and work with various nonprofit organizations serving both adults and youth in the Lincoln area.

Lisa is one of four Nebraska consumers who have been trained in Vermont’s model of the Consumer Empowerment and Leadership Training. An upcoming free training will be held in June for interested consumers. Lisa also invites residents of the Region V area to join the Consumer and Family Coalition that she facilitates.
